Two gals, one dream, and a whole lot of flavor

Belinda and Mary left the west coast with a shared dream and French culinary training in their back pocket. What grew out of it is downtown Concord's favorite place to eat — and we're just getting started.

How we started

Belinda trained at a French café in Carmel, California, fell in love with carefully crafted food, and never looked back. She and Mary packed up their lives, headed to Concord, NC, and set out to build something real.

From catering to Union Street

Before there was a dining room, there was a catering company — and a lot of hustle. A small spot on Union Street opened up, and they jumped at it.

The food that gets people talking

CharlotteFive spotlighted it, guests call it one of the best burgers they've ever had — but the Union Burger is just the start. Every plate comes from scratch: dressings, sauces, and that legendary peanut butter pie.

Downtown Concord's living room

Neighbors, newcomers, antique shoppers, celebration-seekers — everyone finds their way here eventually. This is the kind of place where you come in a stranger and leave feeling like a regular.
